These terms relate to competitions running on Somer Valley FM.

By entering the competition, you agree the following.

• Somer Valley FM will make the final decision on the outcome. If for any reason a competition is needed to be cancelled it will be and notice will not be given. Entries will be disregarded and no data stored.
• The final outcome is the final outcome.
• Somer Valley FM accepts no liability of any product given away in a competition. Product given away as seen
• Somer Valley FM accepts no liability of the delivery of items
• Winners will be notified via email or telephone. We will store contact information for this purpose. Afterwards the data will be deleted
• Prices must be collected in person, unless stated otherwise.
• For sweepstakes competitions winners will be picked randomly by a member of the Somer Valley FM management team, this includes directors.
• By entering any Somer Valley FM social media competition you are automatically granting permission for us to publish your name on our social media platforms should you be a winner. Your entry also automatically grants permission for photos to be taken and published should you be a winner. Please make us aware as soon as possible if this is an issue.
• Somer Valley FMs decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Competitions are ran by Somer Valley FM. Social media companies are not part of nor do the endorse any competition
• If you have won a price that has been promoted via facebook. You will be contacted off facebook, and we will store your details. These are stored and our privacy policy applies.

Outfield Festival

This competition is running on Broadcast radio and Social media.

All winners are final unless they have failed to meet the requirements set out. Entries must WhatsAPP or email studio@somervalleyfm.co.uk the answer with their name and phone number.

The question is: What year was Midsomer Norton cricket club founded?’

Entries are picked at random and verified by station management. If multiple entries are received from one person, only one entry will be counted. If you message via WhatsApp and Email, only one entry will be counted.

By getting in touch, Entries agree to be contacted back by Somer Valley FM on WhatsApp, email or phone.

Tickets must be collected from the Somer Valley FM studios by 5pm Thursday the 25th of August

Neither Somer Valley FM or the outfield festival take any responsibility for travel or any expenses.

Win a Radio June 2020

You must live within the NE Somerset area

All entries will be judged by a panel made up of our Volunteer board and also 2 of our Station Directors, finalists will then be put into a hat and picked at random

All winners are final unless they have failed to meet the requirements set out on the competition page. If they fail, all entries will be re-entered and the pick will be redone.

Neither Somer Valley FM or The Radio Hub take any responsibility for the radios after they are handed over. The radios leave Somer Valley FM after being fully tested and then sanatised.
